This is the second annual report by Eco Sustainable Logistics Chain Foundation, ECOSLC, on the sustainability of environmental management performance of ports and terminals which are members of the EcoPorts Network outside Europe for sharing good practices for greening the port sector.

This report provides insight into key elements of the environmental management system of these ports and terminals on the basis of their answers to the questionnaire of the Self Diagnosis Method (SDM). SDM forms the first step in the certification process towards achieving the EcoPorts PERS Certificate.

The initiative and development of EcoPorts is a bottom-up initiative from ports in Europe.

ECOSLC Foundation started introduction of the system in ports and terminals outside Europe.
